WASNT A GOOD OMEN TO START OFF 1MARCH MEETING DIFFICULT, ASSHOLE, SHITTY CUSTOMERS.
lets seeeeeee, rough day today & im not sure how to go about saying it. BUT, this is for sure, japanese customers SUCK! there! ive spilled it all out. did opening of shop ALONE all because sarah forgot to turn up. best, lost her phone s'more. sheesh. its still okay, till an OLD jap lady turn up in my shop. thats when trouble begins.
FIRST, she practically dragged me over to the cups&saucers&plates section & started pulling out some effing plates. saying she wants more of this that blah blah blah. just told her all is there, if you cant see anymore means NO MORE. still insistent so i rephrase what i said. T.T then she made me name all the prices of the plates, complaining to me why the soup plate so ex, sugar bowl so ex but the rim plate so cheap. i just crapped some shit out to her. wtf, still ask me since its made in germany, which factory. T.T ANYWAYS, she wanted a staff who can speak jap thou she is quite fluent in eng, eff, this is s'pore okay not your country! >.< luckily, a guy from conceige came down as he wanted me to give him some bubble wrap. helped me heaps! cos obviously, i had to attend to other customers right?! im alone in the shop for fucking-sake. A-L-O-N-E. then the OLD jap lady wanted mail order, even more eff, i duno. sheesh! panicking like hell already. still, insistent to speak to someone who can speak jap, so that conceige guy called uhhh yilin (i think), s'porean who is able to speak jap, to let that OLD jap lady talk to her to see what she wants. T.T
NEXT, she made me grab a ruler & start measuring the plates etc & tell her the prices of each individual items. eff man, by then the shop was effing crowded! x( i seriously wanted to cry already just handling her! by then i couldnt be bothered to follow the hotel rules so i used my handphone infront of everyone & called geraldine to hurry come! she came ASAP! ((: you're my life-saver geraldine!! grateful eternally! ((: but soon, she had to open up the museum shop (museum duty for her) so its back to me alone in the shop with a swamp of customers & that OLD jap lady. eff. then she dumped all the plates she wanted on the counter & when i wanted to place all the plates behind the counter, on a table, she insisted i leave it there! =.= so i did. & i did cashering for other customers who were patiently waiting. thanksss! LUCKILY, aunty lilian (risis) came! she saw me alone at cashier with the unreasonable OLD HAG & helped me asap! (: i scanned all the jap lady items so that i could do the others BUT, she insisted me to void all & re-do again! so i voided the items. THEN, I RE-SCAN IN THE PRESENCE OF HER EYES COS SHE DOESNT BELIEVE THE TOTAL AMOUNT ADDS UP TO ABOVE 800BUCKS. fuck. she was like yelling @ me saying "WAIT, OKAY, BEGIN!" & im there telling her "WAIIIT!!! I NEED TO VOID!!!!!" i was already raising my voice in the impatient kind of tone. EFF MAN! after thorough explaining with the help of aunty lilian, who can speak & understand lil jap, SHE UNDERSTANDS WHY IT ADDS UP THAT MUCH. BEST! she decided to take all the plates & pay for them while the rest of her items she'd come back later with more cash. omfg, i had to VOID OUT the unwanted items AGAIN. great. we told her we accpet credit cards, cash or jap yen. FIRST she wants to pay in yen, so i calculated the amount in yen. then she says she doesnt have enough yen. so i suggest cash, she say not enough. then i suggest credit card, she doesnt want. great, so i just stare @ her. then she demands to go to a money changer so i pointed her to the conceige there. got rid of her for AWHILE. did more & more & more cashering alone. fuck. was getting pissed off. then she came back! sheesh, she paid in cash, 450plus bucks. the final receipt was fucking long lah! voided twice! i helped her cancel out what i voided so all is left is what she purchased for! fucking long. then sarah came. great. wrong timing. she helped me do cashering while i deal with that asshole. filled up the void form, the reason i wrote "customer was INDECISIVE." fullstop.

i seriously was on the verge of bursting out & crying. its like WTFFF! randy came late thou he told geraldine he'd come earlier to help me. i never trust such sayings again- ever. bc was also late thou he'd told geraldine also he'd come earlier to help me. GREAT, WHERE IS EVERYONE WHEN I NEEDED THEM. (except you, geraldine, YOU SAVED ME!) haha.. i forgive bc becos, its really raining heavily & he drives bike, so its understandable for him not being able to rush down asap. but for the rest, its just another lame excuses.

after bc came i thrust the fucking long receipt to him, his reaction was like O.O "why like that???!!" & i just said "dont ask!" seriously tired, pissed & really want to just burst. stormed in the storeroom to rest but when boss & bc came in to ask me why voided so many things & so many times i just burst out crying. *embarrassed* hey! its not easy managing such asshole customers WITH language barriers! bc just told boss "she was alone this morning." & boss told bc to leave so she could speak to me. sigh, boss was nice, she made me burst out more & then made me laugh like hell, so i sounded mad. HAHA! (; least it dried my tears & cheered me up!

grrrreat. bc been calling me "cry-baby" for the entire day just becos i cried today. wtfff can! its like my FIRST time crying HERE! & im not the cry-baby, xueer IS! (x no meh?? hehe.

the day ended with a bright note! OH! bc used the heritage mugs & poured iced water for me & yanting! hees, then after drinking we washed the mugs & placed it back onto the display shelves!! (x shhhh!

after work:
went to meet gwen! my friend from swimming too! haha! meeting her @ orchard mrt station, i was early & she's late! *ROARRRR* anyways, caught up finally. we headed to far east where we ate ramen. yummies! then we started shopping. FIRST, went to find my stash. hees, found it & was happy with it. bought it of cos! YAY! :D then started to walk around. bought another tee, soooo cute & irresistable- a MUST! :D been walking from far east, to tangs, to wisma, to taka, to heeren & gwen bought NOTHING STILL! D: i feel bad man. haha! we parted @ 9:45PM & we headed home cos i have work tomorrow. bc called me earlier, asking me to come @ 9am since geraldine took urgent leave tomorrow (righhhht, uregent leave huh? HAHAHA :D) so i got to do 2HRS of OT (9AM-7PM). better pay me my $$!
