i find the top a little burnt? its looks too brown, the previous batch looks nicer. but the taste, ultimately is the same (: i'd get the recipe from mom & her other recipe. but i doubt i'd bake properly cos firstly, i always tend to tweak away from the measurements given! hahaha i just can't seem to follow proper instructions.

so, my macro tutor can't meet me for consultation. :/ & re-reading my notes doesn't help either.
guess i have to try reading the textbook which i hate, cos the textbook concept & their terminology is totally different from the ones in lecture. even more confusing! :(
